The Loft rooms, modern and functionals, have an area of 35 to 40 sq. mts. Each room in two floors have equiped kichenette, private bath with shower, hot water and living room. Each and every room have natural light.

Furthermore, we offer tourist information and cultural tours provided by architects specialized in the care of the Valparaiso´s heritage.

Modern furniture in a historic property, remodelated by the austrian architect Michael Bier and Pach.
