Loft La Matriz Apart Hotel is located at the heart of the Historic center of Valparaíso, to the side of the Church La Matriz, where the city was founded. We are at 8-10 minutes from the Cruise Terminal and Bus Terminal of Valparaíso, as well as a few blocks from the Customs, banks, port and main companies related with foreign trade of the city.

We offer Transfer from and to the Aeropuerto Internacional de Santiago, located at 70 min. from th hotel. Lan Chile have only one bus a day to Valparaiso and a few more to Viña del Mar; to the airport (05.10) stops in Av. Argentina, just outside the chilean Congress. From Santiago. By Avenida Argentina, Barón, Errázuriz (paralel to the sea), Train StationPuerto, up to square Plaza Aduana. There is works in Avenida Argentina and the signs are really bad located; please check the photos enclosed for the best route to follow in Avenida Argentina, Barón, Errázuriz.

Take left
Follow the yellow van (1) under the highway and take left by Avenida Errázuriz.
Seguir Minibus Amarillo (2) hacia Avenida Errázuriz
In Square Plaza Aduana take left and continue by Bustamante Street (between the slope of the hill and the Shell service station), take right in the first street and then left in the first street, and the in Santo Domingo Street, take left for 15mts (against the scarse traffic is OK) and just stops left at the foot of the church´s steps. Valparaíso have direct buses from Arica (11.00-12.30, 26 hrs), Iquique, Antofagasta, La Serena/Coquimbo, Santiago (1.45 hrs), Concepción, Puerto Montt (17.00), Mendoza (10.00-12.00 and in summer also 22.30-24.00, 8 hrs).
From Santiago the easiest it is to take a bus in Terminal Pajaritos, metro Pajaritos, line 1: Pullman Bus, Turbus, Condor Bus.
From the Airport
TO THE LOFT FROM TERMINAL RODOVIARIO (BUSES) OF VALPARAISO
- Taxis Básicos: In the bus terminal there is a taxi rank of taxis básicos ($500 plus $150 each 200 mts, total app $2.400-2.500, 9 minutes).
- Taxis Colectivos ($200 per person, 10 minutes) to Mercado El Puerto. Leave at Blanco with Marquez Street, then walk 2 blocks towards the hill, then 10mts left. An alternative it is to ask to a taxi colectivo in 12 de Febrero street (look the aerial view), pay the 4 seats ($1.000 total) ans ask to be left to the door of the hotel.
- Trolley (Trolebus). $200, 20min. Leave the Terminal by the side of Pedro Montt (Congress), take right up to the bus/trolley stop. ask to the driver to be left at Bustamante with Clave. Walk up Clave, the Loft it is at 2 minutes on foot. photo.
- Local Buses Local (15-20min, $150-200). Any with a sign Aduana. Take it up to Marquez Street, very close to Mercado El Puerto, then walk 3 small blocks up hill, turn left, and you are in La Matriz, the hotel it is in the right side.
